Avika Gor, the actress we all know as young Anandi from Balika Vadhu, just got engaged to her boyfriend, Milind Chandwani. They shared the news on social media on June 11, 2025, with some sweet photos from their small roka ceremony. Fans are super excited and have been posting tons of congratulatory messages online.
Avika, who became really famous through Balika Vadhu and also acted in Sasural Simar Ka, has been dating Milind for more than five years. They told everyone about their relationship back in November 2020. In a podcast with Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachiyaa, Avika said she met Milind in Hyderabad through a friend and liked him right away. She even said she would’ve married him earlier because he’s so kind and understanding.
Milind isn’t in the TV world like Avika. He studied at IIM-Ahmedabad and started an NGO called Camp Diaries, which helps kids who don’t have a lot. He got a bit of fame after being on MTV Roadies Real Heroes in 2019. Avika always talks about how much she admires his work helping others, which is one reason she fell for him.
The engagement pictures are so cute! Avika and Milind look really happy, and in one photo, she’s giving him a quick kiss on the cheek. She wrote in her post, “He asked… I smiled, I cried… and screamed the easiest YES of my life!” Milind replied in the comments, joking that his heart was racing at “200 BPM” when he proposed. Avika and Milind will soon be on a reality show called Pati, Patni Aur Panga. It’s going to show more about their relationship, and Avika said it feels special to be back on the channel where she started. There’s also talk that she might join Ekta Kapoor’s Naagin 7, which would be a big comeback for her on TV.
They haven’t said when the wedding will be, but everyone’s excited to hear more about their plans.
