Genesys International Secures ₹15 Cr Order

India’s leading geospatial solutions company, Genesys International Corporation Limited, has achieved a significant milestone. According to the information submitted by Genesys International Corporation Ltd to the BSE and NSE, the company has secured a new order worth ₹15 crore to implement its cutting-edge 3D map stacks and analytics in additional areas surrounding Pune. This order, received from regional development authorities, reflects the growing demand for advanced urban planning solutions in India. This achievement not only underscores the company’s technical capabilities but also highlights its contribution to India’s Smart City Mission.

Genesys International is a pioneer in the field of geospatial and advanced mapping solutions in India. The company is building the New India Map Stack using its nationwide sensor network and the latest technologies. This map stack plays a crucial role in urban planning, infrastructure development, and smart city integration. The company’s 3D mapping solutions assist not only enterprises but also government sectors in making data-driven decisions. This new project in the areas surrounding Pune is a significant step toward improving regional development strategies and making infrastructure management more efficient.

Commenting on this achievement, Genesys International’s Chairman and Managing Director, Sajid Malik, said, “Sixty-seven percent of India’s urban areas still lack organized urban planning. Our 3D mapping and digital twin technology can play a vital role in addressing this gap. This order is not only a recognition of our technological innovation but also an indication of the rapidly growing demand for geospatial solutions in India’s urban development.” Malik further explained that the project will help modernize the property tax system, improve traffic management, and support disaster management in the areas surrounding Pune.

Under this project, Genesys International will create a 3D digital representation of the areas surrounding Pune using high-resolution geospatial data. This digital twin technology will enable local administration to monitor in real-time, obtain accurate data on properties and urban assets, and make urban planning more effective. Additionally, this technology will contribute to identifying unauthorized properties, streamlining tax collection, and increasing revenue for urban development.

Genesys International’s efforts align with India’s Smart City Mission, which aims to make urban areas more sustainable, efficient, and livable. The company has previously worked on a ₹155 crore project with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) in Mumbai, where high-precision 3D city models were developed. Moreover, non-metro cities like Hubballi-Dharwad have also adopted Genesys’ digital twin technology, reflecting its widespread acceptance.

This order is not only a financial achievement for Genesys International but also a symbol of its growing presence in India’s geospatial industry. The company’s performance in the stock market was also positive following this news, with its shares rising by 8.37%, reaching a current price of ₹630.90 per share. This reflects the growing confidence among investors in the company’s technical capabilities and future prospects.

Genesys International’s initiative is a significant step toward transforming India’s urban landscape. As the country moves rapidly toward urbanization, the need for advanced geospatial solutions becomes increasingly critical. This order is not only a milestone for the company but also a contribution to realizing India’s dreams of Smart Cities and Digital India.
