However, Rajat has been involved in multiple controversies. In June 2024, he was arrested in Ahmedabad for allegedly kidnapping and assaulting an 18-year-old student over an Instagram post. According to The Indian Express, Rajat and two associates beat up the student, humiliated him, and forced him to clean a bathroom in a flat. He was later released on bail.
