The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has announced the exam dates for the recruitment of 9,431 Primary Teachers (PRT) for Class 1 to 5 in primary schools across Bihar.
The exam will be conducted from December 7 to 16, 2023, in various districts of Bihar State.
Eligible candidates can apply online through the official BPSC website, bpsc.bih.nic.in, from November 16 to 25, 2023. The application fee for general category candidates is ₹600, while for reserved category candidates, it is ₹300.
The exam will consist of two papers, each carrying 220 marks. Paper I will cover General Awareness, Teaching Aptitude, Child Psychology, and Methodology of Teaching. Paper II will cover the subject matter for Class 1 to 5, including Hindi, English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Environmental Studies.
The exam will be conducted in offline mode at various centers in Bihar State. The detailed exam schedule and admit cards will be released shortly on the official BPSC website.
